MLI’s leadership coaching services are as diverse as the leaders and the challenges they face. Those with leadership responsibilities rightly require very specific support to thrive in their individual fields, particularly when tackling change and strategic developments.
Individual Leadership Coaching
Following the selection of a suitable coach from the MLI Expert Portal, an introductory conversation will be followed by either virtual, or in person, personal coaching sessions.
