Leadership Coaching: Why our approach is effective


  1. You have control, as the person responsible for leadership coaching, you can easily book a flexible series of coaching sessions to suit your needs.
  2. We will consult with you before assisting in the selection of the most suitable coach from our network of experts.
  3. We will provide you with a link to the personalised MLI Coach database.
  4. The database includes short video introductions for each of our associated coaches, along with individual competence profiles.
  5. Your managers have the choice to select the coaching partner who best suits your expectations.
  6. Following selection, an order clarification meeting is initiated to agree on a specific coaching goal.
  7. Your managers and their coach then arrange individual dates for coaching sessions.
  8. As a contact person, you will receive regular reports on the quotas used and quarterly billings based thereupon.

The content of the coaching discussions will be treated with absolute confidentiality unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Sustainability:
We recommend several meetings at regular intervals to develop solutions and remove hurdles in implementation.
