Dispute resolution

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. The notice previously required regarding it no longer applies and has been removed.

Liability and copyright

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to Section 7(1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
